Ron Williams started the agency in 1982. Through hard work and a commitment to our clients he has grown a very successful family business. Ron is also a State Certified General Appraiser. He now devotes his time to appraisals. He is confident in his family/staff to continue the same quality service he has always provided.

Lorena ";Lori"; Williams Leng, has been active in the family agency for 15 years. Lori specializes in personal lines insurance. She also handles commercial lines. Lori is very personable and outgoing with all clients. Her devotion and care for each client is something rare in our industry today.

Gregory ";Greg"; Leng, has been with the family agency since 2005. Greg holds a CBIA certification and specializes in Home Builders in the Hendersonville area. Greg specializes in commercial lines insurance. He also handles personal lines. Greg enjoys working with challenging situations and meeting new clients. He is available to meet business owners on location and review coverage requirements.

";Shellie"; Edwards, has been with our agency since 2006. Shellie specializes in personal lines and customer service. Shellie is good at multi-tasking for clients. She handles policy changes, payments, claims and a multitude of other areas. Shellie is the first person many people see when they come into our office.
