Ron Williams started the agency in 1982. Through hard work and a commitment to the community, he has grown a very successful family business. Ron is also a State Certified General Appraiser. He now devotes his time to appraisals. He is confident in his family/staff to continue the same quality service he has always provided.

Lori Williams has been active in the family agency for over 15 years. Lori is very personable and outgoing. Whatever your needs, Lori has the expertise to help you. Her devotion and care for each client is something rare in our industry today.

Shellie Edwards has been with our agency since 2006. Shellie is good at multi-tasking for clients. She handles policy changes, payments, claims and a multitude of other areas. Shellie is the first person many people see when they come into our office.
